At Trendix Outlet, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Returns

• Non-Returnable Items:
  Please note that final sale items, as well as underwear and swimwear, are not eligible for return.
• Return Process:
  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. You will receive detailed instructions on how to send back your items.
• Measuring Items:
  Customers are entitled to measure the items upon delivery. You will have approximately 10 minutes to assess the fit and decide on an exchange or return.
• Exchange and Return Costs:
  For exchanges, customers are responsible for delivery costs. If an item is returned, the purchase amount will be refunded; however, the delivery costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

• Processing: Refunds will be processed within 10 days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

• Process: If you need a different size or colour, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
